Pop star queen of the damned, Rihanna, is now officially a billionaire. She is estimated to be worth 1.7bn USD. With 1.4 of that billion coming from her Fenty Beauty and Fenty business line. Her goal behind her cosmetic products were inclusiveness, along with all various cultures, including the one she grew up with.
Rihanna has been releasing music albums since she was 17. She may have had a rocky start to fame, but she fought through a lot to get here from domestic problems from her home to, well, the chaotic relationship she has had with Chris Brown. Her music career was a huge success, granting her numerous chartings from Billboards. She even did feature singles with Eminem, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and Jay-Z.
A pop and RnB sensation, her music career has made her millions of dollars. With multiple albums, each selling platinum, some selling diamond even. She opened Fenty Beauty from 2017, and have since then, promoted her business while putting her music career on a break.

Fenty Beauty and Savage x Fenty wouldn’t have gotten her to billionaire status without her social followings. Rihanna has 101 million followers right now on Instagram and 102 million from Twitter. Her establishments are joint venture with French conglomerate, LVMH. But she owns 50% of it, so as a majority shareholder, she has a lot of control over them.
At this point, she might as well be a grand ambassador in the UN, since most of her products are successful in bringing representation of different cultures and races. She’s been so busy with this stuff, she hasn’t had time to work at all in her music career.
A lot of what Rihanna has done, from her highly successful music career to her cosmetic and lingerie products, have put her here today. She is 33 years old, and that is very young for a self-made billionaire by now. All the power to her, woman power, that is.
