Insomniac Games, the creator of Ratchet n Clank, Marvel’s Spider-Man and Sunset Overdrive has made two new reveals in PlayStation Showcase yesterday. One, that a sequel to Marvel’s Spider-Man is finally official with a new trailer and that Insomniac is making a new Wolverine game. Both exclusively for the PlayStation 5. We’ve talked a bit earlier about the new Spider-Man game.
A New Wolverine Story
It’s been awhile since we had our first stand alone Wolverine game. Which was back in 2009 when a game was made in relation to the X-Men: Origins -Wolverine film. Made by Raven Software with Activision. This new game doesn’t have much set in stone yet, but it seems to be an origin story that is based around Logan’s post Vietnam War time.
This is just an announcement trailer. Furthermore, there hasn’t been a date put out, so the game is still in early development. Developed by the team behind Spider-Man: Miles Morales. With the team led by both Brian Horton and Cameron Christian.
